Hi Diane, Gavin and all who made the Clearwater Expo possible,

Thank you for a well planned and organised event.

I have been involved with many of these type of events over the years, and I cannot tell you how important it is that the appearance and execution of such expo's are of vital importance.

The professional appearance of our stand drew admiring comments from Remax affiliates of other franchises and I am sure, from others in our industry as well.

The foresight to have our stand lit up, for instance, made a huge difference at night, when the other stands were relatively dark and quiet, ours was lit and well patronized.

Thank you once again for the opportunity, we got numerous leads for both buyers and sellers during our attendance sessions.

I bet we learnt a few lessons from this exercise, one being that during the weekdays the daytime activity was perhaps less than expected, while the late afternoons and evenings got progressively busier.
Weekends at month end are of course, the busiest, but I am sure any weekend will be busy.
We may want to adapt our duty roster according to this pattern in future (We are going to do this again, are we not?)so as to give equal opportunity for exposure to all participating agents.

From what I did see, Gina got a lot of mileage from the event and we will most likely get support from that quarter in the future.

Thanks to everyone involved once again, for a well planned and well executedevent, I am sure it contributed hugely to our exposure and more importantly,that business opportunities will flow from this.
